I Wrote a Novella
It’s called Windsor Greetings and it tells the story of the Windsor family and the greeting card empire that bears their name. It’s a family business drama filled with tension, deception, and a dash of heart.
I’m serializing it here on Substack. Read chapter 1 below:
Once all 10 chapters are published, it’ll be available on Amazon Kindle and paperback. Stay tuned!
I Wrote Some Children’s Books
I dabble in a bunch of things outside of this Substack. One of those things is writing children’s books. You can read them for free here or you can buy them here:
I Built Some Cool Things Online
I mentioned that I love technology and that I write about creativity. Well, here are some creative technological projects I built.
Mike’s Tracing App: a mobile app to help you trace
Mike’s Substack Printer App: a web app that turns Substack articles into three-column, print-ready documents
CBG Lessons: a web app that teaches you to play cigar box guitar
Windsor Greetings: a mobile web app that let’s you send digital greeting cards to friends (also the inspiration for my novella)
Movie Quote of the Day: a movie quote trivia app
Why Become a Paid Subscriber?
There’s currently no difference between the free and paid tier (this might change some day), so becoming a paid subscriber is a really just a way for you to tell me that you think what I’m doing is great and that I should keep going.
