That’s definitely something I’ve been considering. Probably I would try to organize each snippet into a theme. I want to see if I can keep up with writing weekly on here for a year before I start a book project though.
If there’s a publisher out there that would like to give me a HUGE advance, I’d of course consider starting such a project sooner 😂.
Great. I went with the self-publishing route for my books, as I have mixed feelings with the traditional publishers. I know you've published books on Amazon too.
I’m planning to self publish my novella on Amazon this spring (after releasing it as a serial on subdtaxk) and will probably self publish any other book I end up writing there too.
Just saying, the only thing that would expedite my timeline is a massive payday, which is to say I won’t be expediting my timeline :)
I once heard a story that said after Picasso died they found hundreds (thousands?)of his paintings in a store room. People asked what they were doing there. It was said those paintings were the ones he made and learned from. The only way to get better is to keep doing more art. Even Picasso practiced and experimented with ideas and not all were ready for prime time.
As for AI: It is a tool that we will have to learn to harness and have work for us not us for it.
Your weekly writings are inspirational Mike! Keep it up.
Have you thought of publishing a book, Mike? I can already imagine a book, curating all the thought-provoking snippets you've shared every week.
